In short: if EBIS-Pro isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund of an EBIS-Pro license, or a paid upgrade, within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your receipt. You don't need to give a reason.
One refund per customer
The guarantee is there so you can try EBIS-Pro without risk. It applies to a customer's first purchase only and can be used once. If you, or your business, have already been refunded for EBIS-Pro, a later purchase isn't covered by the guarantee, whether it's made with the same or a different name, email address or payment method.
How to request a refund
- Email support@endorseon.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your license key and, if you have it, your receipt number (it starts with RCP-).
- We'll confirm by email, usually within two business days.
What gets refunded
- The full amount you paid, including any sales tax, back to the original payment method (the card used with Stripe, or your PayPal account).
- Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the refund.
- If you paid in a currency other than your card's, the amount you get back can differ slightly because of exchange rates set by your bank.
What happens to the license
When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and EBIS-Pro stops working on the computer it was activated on at its next license check. Before requesting a refund, you can export your data (Reports → Data Export) or make a Full Backup.
After 30 days
Purchases older than 30 days aren't normally refundable. If something has gone wrong, for example you were charged twice, contact us and we'll put it right. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
